I think most parents do this at one point or another.
In other news, trebuchets are awesome.
As soon as I learned what a trebuchet was as a child, I tried to make one using K’NEX and blocks. It didn’t work very well, but the dream still lives. One day, I hope that we’re able to build a real trebuchet and use it to fling pumpkins during Halloween.
In the meantime, I will keep playing with blocks. Because, like, my nocturnal toddler needs to learn how to use blocks, right? You only learn through example!
